One star for the view and the swimming pool. Another star for the cocktails. They were really good. We went for lunch and to enjoy the view from the swimming pool. Many dishes from the menu were not available. I got the tuna steak but it was overcooked... Side: vegetables but the vegetables again overcooked and not tasty at all. My girlfriend got a salad with scampi's but the scampi's were rotten. We were not eating the salad at all. Overall I think this could be a great place but the kitchen needs to improve a lot. Beautiful view. Good service.

Beautiful place with an infinity pool overlooking Kuta. With all the attention to detail in the interior, design, food, etc. we were amazed by the bad service. We were the first guests to arrive in the morning and were not greeted by the bar staff, they just looked at us without smiling. The server guy (bald one) was not friendly at all and appeared like he did not want us there. He barely spoke to us. We asked if it was okay to move 2 beds closer to each other and he just grumbled and shoved the bed. We were like: okay?! 😂 The whole ordeal just made us feel unwelcome and impacted the experience. Some other staff that arrived later in the day were a bit more friendly. With previous reviews addressing this you would expect management to have stepped in by now. I urge management to improve on customer service and do justice to this well designed place. Thanks.

AMAZING experience here - firstly, they offered a free pick up service that picked me up from my hotel to the restaurant. The view is gorgeous - best view overlooking Kuta. Drinks and food are affordable and delicious. Pool is free to use. Overall, such an amazing experience and I would 10/10 come back again!
